After you place an order and complete the payment, we will process your order within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays and special events). During peak periods (such as holidays, promotional activities), the processing time may be extended by 1-2 days, and we will notify you in advance if there is any delay to ensure you are informed in a timely manner.

Importantly, all orders enjoy free shipping (no additional shipping fees will be charged), and we will choose the most suitable shipping method according to your location to ensure the timely delivery of your order.

The shipping method is determined based on your shipping address and order characteristics, and we will prioritize stable and efficient logistics channels to ensure that the goods are delivered intact.

After the order is processed and shipped, the estimated shipping time is 7-15 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays and customs clearance time). The actual delivery time may vary slightly due to factors such as regional location, logistics conditions, customs clearance progress and seasonal changes.

For remote areas, the shipping time may be extended by 2-3 days, and we will inform you of the estimated delivery time when you place the order.

After your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address in a timely manner. The email includes the tracking number and official query link, so you can track the real-time logistics status of your order at any time, grasp the delivery progress, and avoid missing the receipt of goods.

  • We currently provide free shipping services to specified regions (for details, please refer to the order page). For regions not covered by our shipping services, we will contact you in a timely manner to negotiate solutions.
  • For special products (such as fragile items), we will add additional protective packaging to ensure the safety of the goods during transportation, and no additional packaging fees will be charged.
  1. Delivery & Receipt

Please ensure that the shipping address, contact person and phone number you provide are accurate and complete. If the delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information, you will be responsible for the resulting additional costs.

When receiving the goods, please check the packaging and the product itself carefully. If there is any damage, missing or inconsistency, please contact our customer service within 48hours of receipt, and we will handle it for you in a timely manner.
