Refund and Returns Policy

This policy applies to all purchases from Wrbrooch, aiming to provide a simple and clear return and refund process.

  1. Return Eligibility & Time Limit

You may return products for refund or exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

Eligible products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories intact. Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except for defects upon delivery.

  2. Contact our customer service (support@wrbrooch.us) within 30 days, providing your order number and return reason.
  3. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions from our team.
  4. Ship the product back with the RA number marked on the package (you bear return shipping costs unless the issue is our fault).
  5. Refund & Exchange

We will inspect the returned item within 3-5 business days. If eligible, refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or an exchange will be arranged. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

  1. Exceptions

Defective or wrong items will be fully refunded or exchanged, with no return shipping cost for you. Damaged or used products will not be accepted for return.
